A valid Ghanaian or international driver's licence held for at least 2 years, a valid ID, and a refundable security deposit. Corporate clients can arrange invoiced billing on account.

Deposits start from GH₵600 for a compact sedan and scale up by vehicle class, up to GH₵2,000 for a 4x4 or minibus. Paid securely via Mobile Money or card through Paystack, and refunded after a clean inspection at drop-off.
Mobile money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, and cash in Ghana cedis. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly.
For weddings and weekend hiking trips, 2–4 weeks ahead is safest, especially December and Easter. Airport transfers and daily self-drive can often be booked same-day, subject to availability.
Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit part of the deposit to cover preparation and driver scheduling.
Yes — monthly self-drive and chauffeured rates are available at a discount to daily pricing, popular with diaspora visitors staying several weeks and corporate contracts.
Yes — corporate and NGO clients can set up an account with invoiced monthly billing, dedicated vehicles, and priority dispatch for teams and site visits.
Both. Sedans and SUVs can go self-drive with a valid licence and deposit, or chauffeured with a vetted driver. MPVs, vans and 4x4 off-road vehicles usually come with a driver included.
Yes — for a small daily fee, provided they meet the same licence and age requirements and are verified before the rental begins.
Daily rentals include a standard mileage allowance appropriate to the vehicle and trip type, communicated at booking. Extra kilometres are billed at the rate in your confirmation.
Vehicles are handed over with a full tank and should be returned full. Returning with less fuel incurs the shortfall cost plus a small refuelling service fee.
Yes — self-drive rentals can travel to any region. Let us know your route at booking so we can confirm the right vehicle for the road conditions.
Yes, on request at no extra charge — just mention it when booking so one is fitted before handover.
